What's the difference between a strong leader and a weak one?

So I can't help but thinking, if I would have accepted the phone salesman's offer, would I have opened up for more of them calling me with offers? 

Why is it so easy to criticise something when you don't have to look the person in the eye?

Like we complain about the lousy apartment we're renting but we would never do it in front of the landlord.  

Who is at fault, really?

So I tend to find this question every now and then. "If God is so good, why is there so much suffering?".

Think about it. Lets say you're a good person and I'm a bad person. Since I'm a bad person I do bad things and cause suffering. Does my actions change the fact that you are a good person?

To be honest, we all cause suffering to others. We do it all the time. Sometimes we mean to do it, other times we don't. Sometimes we just don't care.

Is it God's fault that we cause suffering and are indifferent to injustice? I mean if we got free will then aren't we the ones who are responsible for the suffering we cause?

Then what about sickness and things we humans don't have control over? One answer I've heard is that the devil is responsable. With his free will, he has chosen to twist creation causing sickness.

What are your thoughts on the subject?

Why is it that when you're creating something you feel really good about it, then later when you're done you look at your creation and you're not quite satisfied?
