I think that time is just a concept that we Humans have created for something that seems rational and constant, even though it always is not. Only one "time" exists, its the "now". Anything else is pure speculations and claims of what "has been" and "what will be". On the other hand time could be split into to different things, the "general time", the time that the clock records and history and future plans are based upon this is the rational time that is common for everybody. The "personal time" is the time that we observe to pass, subjectively, it is individual and therefore, compared to the "general time" it can pass "slowly" or "fast".
